FAQ's

What can I expect on the day of my event? Golden Gator brings the complete experience to your event. We arrive ahead of your scheduled start time to set up and test the simulator to ensure everything is good. During your booking, we handle the equipment and simulator operation so your guests can simply step up, swing and have fun. When your event is finished, our team handles the complete breakdown and removal.

How much space do I need? Our setup requires approximately 16 feet wide x 20 feet deep x 11 feet high. We recommend allowing some additional space around the simulator for guests, equipment and safe access. If you're unsure whether your location will work, send us photos or measurements and we can help determine the best setup.

Can you set up indoors or outdoors? Yes, we can set up outside or indoors.

How long does setup and breakdown take? To be safe, we account for one hour to set up before the scheduled time to handle setup, calibration and testing. Setup and breakdown time do not count against your booked playing time. Rental time begins when the simulator is ready for your event.

What happens if there's bad weather? Safety is first. If an outdoor event is affected by rain, high winds, lightning or anything else it's up to you if the event continues. If cancelled before, we hold half of the deposit and reschedule again.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy? We understand plans can change. Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on how far in advance the change is made and whether Golden Gator has already committed resources to the event.

Do you provide golf clubs? Yes. Golden Gator provides golf clubs for guests to use during the event — both left and right handed sets. Guests are also welcome to use their own clubs when appropriate.

How do deposits and payments work? A deposit is required to reserve your event date. Once your event details are confirmed, we'll send you a secure invoice and booking agreement. The remaining balance is due according to the terms of the agreement.

Is a waiver required? Yes. A simple agreement to protect guests and participants.
